This beautiful and stylish timepiece is a vintage Hamilton Trent wristwatch dated from 1955. This model was introduced in 1955 and produced through 1969.  

It is a manual-wind watch powered with an original Hamilton movement grade 770, 22 jewels, sub second hand, adjusted, a 45-hour power reserve, and operates at 18,000 vibrations per hour. Made in U.S.A. 
  
Cased in a 24.3mm square case and fancy lug design, 10K yellow gold filled and stainless steel back.  Domed crystal. 

Original silver dial uniquely finished with four quadrants that reflect light in contrasting patterns, gold Arabic Numerals, gold hour marks and gold matching hands. The small-second is located at 6 o'clock position. The dial is also signed with the Hamilton name on top. 
  
It comes with a dark brown brand-new Hadley-Roma two-piece leather strap. 

After 65 years, it is a very attractive looking watch! Runs very well and keeps great time!

Vintage watches are traditionally smaller than today's watches. Men’s watches typically measure between 29-36mm wide (some larger, some smaller) excluding the crown. We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust the lighting, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.

The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended.
